Information We Collect From You

When you register with yumbly.com, we may ask for the following information from you:

In addition, if you represent a restaurant and you register to have your restaurant listed on yumbly.com through MenuMinder / menuminder.com, we may also collect the following information from you:

• Business Name
• Business Address (including city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country)
• Business Phone number
• Business Fax number
• Business E-mail address
• Credit Card or Debit Card Information

How Your Information Is Used

We use the information you provide about yourself to communicate with your and to personalize your experience on yumbly.com. We use the e-mail address you provide to answer e-mail or to provide you with information if you choose to receive such information from us. We do not share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any other parties unless you choose to include yourself in the mailing list of a restaurant listed on yumbly.com, in which case your information is shared with that restaurant. You may remove yourself from a restaurant's mailing list at any time.

We use aggregate and non-identifying information to better tailor our website to the usage patterns of our visitors, and to share with advertisers. For instance, we may tell an advertiser that a certain number of individuals visited a particular page on yumbly.com, or that a certain percentage of our users is male vs. female, but in these instances, information that could be used to indentify you would not be disclosed to the advertisers.

We do not use or share the personally identifiable information you provide to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without giving you the option to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such uses.
